Company Segments

The SFS Group consists of three operating segments which represent the three business models:

Engineered Components

Customer-specific products under the SFS (Automotive and Industrial division), Unisteel (Electronics division) and Tegra Medical (Medical division) brands.

Fastening Systems

Application-specific products under the SFS (Construction division) and GESIPA (Riveting division) brands.

Distribution & Logistics

Market-oriented product ranges and innovative logistics solutions under the SFS brand throughout Switzerland.

Organisation

11GB_Corporate_Governance_21_de — To ensure the highest possible application expertise we operate in business units or key account structures focusing on selected customer segments. Common services for the three operating segments are provided by the Services department: IT, Finance/Controlling, Human Resources Management, Communications/Marketing.

Associated Company

Sunil SFS intec is a joint venture between Sunil Dyfas Corporation (Korea) and SFS intec Holding AG (Switzerland). This joint venture is engaged in the development, manufacture, sale and distribution of precision cold formed parts and fasteners for the automotive and heavy vehicle industries in China.
